Hello everyone! We know that this circuit breaker has been tough on some of you, especially for the ones whose love language is physical touch and the extroverts who thrive in parties and gatherings.

We just want to say, hang in there! We are in this together, and together, we can help to prevent further community spread by staying at home and taking care of ourselves and our family members.

 Here at Le Cuore, we have also been hit hard by this circuit breaker measure. Our love language too is physical touch, and our personality, an extrovert. We excel at building relationships with our clients and this is truly what sets us apart from others. Our personal touch comes from measuring your feet personally to get an accurate measurement, to the face-to-face interaction with you to get a sense of your personality, and to the in-depth conversations to help you with your design choices. These are some but not all of what we have missed doing in this season.

However, it is not all bad. Because after much brainstorming sessions and trials, we are extremely happy and excited to inform you that we have launched our shoes customisation service from home. This means that you are also able to customise and design your own pair of shoes from the comfort of your own home, all the while receiving the same personal touch and service from us!

HOW DOES IT WORK

 We have structured our shoes customisation process in the following steps:

STEP 1: It’s All About You!

 

Yes, customisation is really all about you and we want to get to know you! We want to know your favourite colour, your favourite shoe design, where you are wearing your shoes to, where is your favourite restaurant, and many more. These nuggets give us an insight to your likes and dislikes and allow us to better suggest and advise the type of shoes and designs that we think you may like!

This will be done through a questionnaire which we will send them to you via email or Whatsapp. Send back your answers and we can start the process rolling!

Step 2: Measure Your Feet

The most important step of them all. We are sorry we cannot be there physically to measure them for you, but what we had done to assist you in this important step is to create a video tutorial to teach you how to do it!

What you will need, of course, is a measuring tape, a piece of white paper and a pencil. It is that simple. The video tutorial will be sent to you once we have received your completed questionnaire. And as usual, we will be here to troubleshoot and answer any of your questions.

STEP 3: Time to Unleash Your Creativity!

There are just so many things you can have a say over your shoes to personalize them and make them unique and truly yours. The possibilities are endless!

Choose your design

We are talking about heels or flats. Straps or strapless. Round or pointed. Open toe or closed. Mary-janes or pumps.

Choose your leather

We mainly use calf leather for our shoes and they come in different options ranging from simple plain grain leather, printed leather, glittery leather, to shimmery leather.

Choose your colour

What’s your favourite colour? Which colour shouts you? Do you like one solid colour or do you prefer duo-tone? Make your shoes reflect your personality.

Choose your accessories

We have many different bows and accessories for you to choose from to make it more “YOU”.

The design process will be done together with you through a series of messages, video calls or phone calls, whichever you are comfortable with.

STEP 4: Design in Progress

After we have received your specifications for your shoes, we will draw it out and send it to you for final approval before sending it to our professional shoe-maker. Here is an example of a drawing we did for one customer:

During this step, you are still able to change the specifications of the shoes.

STEP 5: The Most Highly Anticipated Step: Shoe-Making! 

It takes about four weeks for your shoes to be made. Upon final confirmation of the artwork from you, we will send the drawing and details to our shoe-maker for him to start work! During this period, we will also be providing constant updates to you.
