We will take feet measurement individually, taking into consideration of your needs such as bunions or flat foot. After which, you will get to select your design, choice of leather and heel height (for ladies).

The lead time is around 4 weeks during non-festive seasons. You may want to buffer about 6 weeks during festive seasons.

We are committed to ensuring that your shoes fit you well. After-sales services are provided to make adjustments for your shoes for you till they fit.

You can choose to put in a special request to add on a back cushion, softer insole cushion or an extra arch cushion.

Le Cuore uses high grade quality calf leather and lamb leather for all the shoes produced. We do not use any pig skin leather.

Currently, we do not offer non-leather products. However, we are looking at the possibility of offering this option in future.

Flats: 0.5 inch (1.3cm)

Mini Heels: 2 inch (5cm)

For Ladies Shoes:
In general, size 33 to 41 are available for both flats and heels, as well as half sizes in between.

For Men's Shoes:
In general, size 39 to 45 are available as well as half sizes in between.

Lesmano brand focuses on customisation of leather shoes.

Lady Elsa is an original collection created by our founder, Elsa and the shoes are ready made and can be purchased immediately.

Shoeful allows you to mix and match your choice of base shoes and shoe accessories.

Yes, we do have stocks available for our Lady Elsa collection.

However, there may be situations where a particular design or size is sold out.

Currently, we only have the colours listed available as all our base shoes are ready made.

We're sorry, but we will not be able to change the accessory as they are permanently fixed onto the shoes. We highly recommend that you view all our accessories before committing to one! :)

They range from resin, ribbons, buckles, and polymer clay.

Yes they are! All Shoeful shoes are made of lamb leather with lining made of sheep leather.

We do not have this option available at the moment.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

If you did not receive any confirmation emails from us after you had made payment, please email us at admin@lecuore.com to enquire.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order after you had submitted your order and made payment, please email your request to admin@lecuore.com within the first 3 hours of payment.

We will not be able to cancel or change your order once we had processed your order and mailed out your parcel.

You can send an email to us at admin@lecuore.com to place your order. It would be great if you could also screenshot the item that you desire alongside with all your contact information such as name, contact number, delivery address.

We will send you an e-invoice for payment, and upon receipt of payment, we will send out the items.

It would be wonderful too if you could let us know why you were unable to place your order so that we can rectify the problem for future users.

Yes you do! We have already included the 7% GST in the product price of all the items listed on the website.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping is free for purchases above $250. For shipping below $250, it will be $xxx.

You can also opt for self-collection at our showroom at 11 Changi South Lane, Onn Wah Building, #03-03A.

Upon completion of your order, you can expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days. This does not include customised shoes as they take 4-6 weeks to make.

Please note that processing time might be extended during public holidays
