How many times can I purchase the membership?

Am I able to pay by instalment?
Answer: Yes, we have ShopBack payment option during checkout, where the order amount will be split by 3 months interest free installment.
Am I able to sign up LC Rewards without purchasing the membership?
Answer: Yes, you can, but you will not be a VIP member who will be entitled to:
- Free customized shoes worth $280
- Free Shoeful flats/1680 LC Points
- 20% store-wide discounts.
With the LC Rewards, will I be entitled to the points accumulation system?
Answer: Yes, you will be entitled earn LC Points through purchases in Le Cuore, however there will not be a 500 bonus sign up points awarded with the Premium/VIP membership during the 11/11 Promotion.
Am I able to downgrade from VIP to Premium?
Answer: Yes, you may. However, there is no added advantage of you doing so as there will not be a refund of unused membership tenure.
Is there an expiry date to claim the free pair of customized shoes and Shoeful Flats?
Answer: Yes, there is. It will be one (1) year from the date of sign up. The same goes for the 1680 LC Points.
Am I able to exchange the free customized pair and Shoeful Flats for for some other items from Le Cuore?
Answer: No, this membership freebie is strictly for customized shoes only. As for the free Shoeful Flats, we will reach out to you upon purchasing the VIP membership to check for your preference to opt for 1680 points instead. which can be used to redeem $168 worth of cash discount. This can be used to offset other items in-store, especially for guys who are signing up this VIP membership for themselves!
What if my selection of materials and colors for customization exceeds the customization value of $280 mentioned?
Answer: Fret not, we understand it may get overwhelming at times, all you need to do is to top up the difference.
Do I get a refund if my customized shoes value is lesser than the promo value of $280?
Answer: We are sorry, there will be no refund for the balance. However, you may get additional charms or other shoes accessories from Le Cuore website to make up the difference.
Am I able to pay a deposit and pay the balance upon getting the free shoes?
Answer: Pardon us but we are afraid that you will need to pay the full amount upon signing up for the membership.
Am I able to sign up on behalf of a friend?
Answer: Unfortunately, you will not be able to sign up for your friend at this point of time. However, good deals must be shared. Sharing is caring!
