Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Le Cuore Pte Ltd! We want to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience when shopping with us online. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to all our transactions. Items can be returned for an exchange within 7 days of purchase, if they are bought from www.lecuoreshoes.com, and only if they fulfil the conditions below. 



1. You can only return an item for an exchange (within 7 days of purchase):

  • If the item is damaged/ incorrect in its original packaging upon delivery; or
  • If the item does not fit
  • If the item is defective and not functional, for example, damaged heels. 

2. These items may be returned for an exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • If you had bought the item on: www.lecuoreshoes.com
  • The item is not used and it is still in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase of the item, typically the receipt, so we recommend you keep your packaging and receipt for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

3. Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect and request within 7 working days.

4. If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online purchase) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated in point 3.

  • If you had paid for the items using credit card online, you will be refunded back through your credit card. This will take approx 3-5 working days for the amount to be refunded. You will be notified by your bank when the amount has been refunded.

5. If you had bought the items online, you may return it:


  • By post to:

    You will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning the items to us.
  • By bringing the item down to Le Cuore Pte Ltd, 10 Changi South Lane, Onn Wah Building #03-03A, Singapore 486154 between Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm.

6. If you had purchased the item at any of our stockists in Singapore, please contact the stockist you had purchased the item(s) from directly for any exchange or refund matters.



7. We will not be able to do an exchange or refund for items which have been used, unless it is defective.



8. We will also not accept any exchange or refunds without a receipt of the item purchased.



9. All items must be returned in original condition, and not changed in any way. Le Cuore Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.



10. Le Cuore Pte Ltd also reserves the rights to reject any exchange or refund without any proof of purchase. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
